PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Article 1:
Introduction and Data Controller The purpose of this policy is to inform users about how Kermelec, the data controller, collects and uses their personal data, in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018, relating to the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data and its provisions consolidated by Law 25-11. Identification Data: last name, first name, email address, telephone number, postal address.
Technical Data: IP address, connection logs, browsing data.

Article 3: Purposes of Processing The personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:
